2024 has been a focus on daily habits. My main daily habits are meditating and practicing drums every day. I try to never miss with these ones, with a few other habits I’m regularly practicing.

Personal Training Manager & Personal Trainer at Fitness First

In my own training: Running a very basic powerbuilding program with some focus on bodyweight movements such as Handstand Pushups, Dips, Pullups, Pistols etc.

In music: Working on a few different projects including some drum recording

I’m living in the inner south-east of Melbourne.

I’ve been meditating for 10 minutes every morning using app ‘The Way’

I’ve made Sunday my kitchen day, where I meal prep a lot of food for the week. The non-negotiables are slow cooking a bolognese, stew, soup or curry, as well as prepping overnight oats with protein and fruit.
